Method is constantly striving to add speed and efficiency to the valuation and development monitoring process whilst also providing our stakeholders with the critical information they need to support their decision making in the lending process.

As such, we're delighted to announce an enhancement to our quote process that provides an invaluable piece of additional information to lenders and brokers at the critical point of the process.

When choosing which surveyor to instruct, lenders and brokers will now have the benefit of seeing how often each firm has met the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) in addition to price, availability and report timescales, for the cases the surveyor has received from Method.

This means that our lender clients, brokers and their borrowers can now base their selection on past performance in addition to price and availability.

The new addition indicates how often each Surveying firms has met the agreed SLA for returning reports following inspection over the last 12 months for all instructions submitted through the Method portal for all lender clients and will see text that explains how many completed reports the percentage has been calculated from.
