Method launches the fourth portal of its valuation management system

The Legal Portal has now arrived for Lenders, allowing Lenders to nominate their legal advisers for a valuation case which then allows a Legal Adviser to interact with a case file on the system.
The Legal Adviser can then obtain a copy of the valuation report and upload a copy of the report on title, which automatically appears as a ROT PVQ on the Valuer portal as well as notifying the Lender.
This is an optional feature and if Lenders do not wish to use the feature, they do not have to.
