2024 has been a year of reduced inflation, a change of government and a growing specialist finance market, it’s also been an incredible year for Method. Our business has grown almost 50% on the previous year, our team has grown albeit at a much smaller rate and we’ve announced some really exciting technology developments.

Technology enhancements
Underlining our commitment to efficiency and innovation, enhancing our technology offering has been a key focus throughout 2024.
Key developments included a new portal for Lenders and Brokers and completion of an integration portal to allow us to directly integrate with our lender clients.
Countless other system enhancements have been deployed to both improve the client experience and to further improve Method’s internal speed and efficiency.
The importance of relationships
We have this year expanded our Relationship Management and Operations teams to enable us to better listen, and more importantly react, to the views of our lender, surveyor and broker contacts.
Our collaborative approach to panel management means that we work with, and not against, our panel of surveyors for the benefit of all involved.
Huge thanks goes to every surveyor and panel firm that has helped Method deliver a service to be truly proud of this year. We couldn’t do it without you.
10th Birthday celebrations
2024 marked 10 years of Method Valuation and the team were thrilled to be joined by many of our valued lender, broker and surveyor contacts for a memorable party to celebrate this in October.
2025 and beyond
2025 is shaping up to be just as exciting as 2024, it starts with a bang with new team additions.
Moving through 2025 will see more innovation, market changing products and even more focus on our lender and broker clients and panel firms.
