We’re delighted to launch our new portal for lenders and brokers

The system enhancements are designed to make it even easier to instruct and manage valuation and development monitoring cases.

The system updates include:

• A new customisable dashboard that provides some useful lists, tools and displays any favourited cases for easy access.

• A new faster way of locating cases:

  • All cases are now accessed from the same place so use the filters or search by reference number, address or part address or reference number (yours or ours) to locate your case.

  • Cases can be favourited and will then appear on the user’s dashboard as a shortcut, removing the need to locate the case again.

• A new way of managing cases, the whole case is now managed from the same case detail page with information shown varying dependant on the case stage.

• An improved queries section. We’ve not only changed how queries are managed and accessed, we’ve also changed how this looks. Queries are now managed and created from the case detail page.

• Security is maximised through the use of the latest available software and additional security features such as dual-factor authentication and access controls provide clients with further comfort around the security of their data.

From today, Monday 30th September, all of Method’s lender and broker clients will automatically migrate to the new system. Method users can access the new portal using their existing log-in credentials.
