Following a request for a brief training presentation Method has been developing a fully-indexed plain-English Lender Portal User Guide to assist Lender Clients use the system. The Method xi system which has been designed to provide a simple intuitive user experience has been adding features and Method believes that a comprehensive guide can only be of benefit to all who use it.

Following recent discussions Roma Finance have recently started using Method’s Lender Portal to try to speed up and slicken their processes. Feedback from the guys at Roma is hugely positive and all Roma users report an intuitive, easy to use and hassle free system. Great News!

 Operations Director, Niall Deas MRICS RICS Registered Valuer, delivered a presentation on “Technological Change and the Valuation industry” to the June 2019 ASTL General & Associates meeting. The presentation was well received and generated a lengthy discussion about likely changes to the industry and what this is likely to mean to lenders.
