The Legal Portal has now arrived for Lenders, allowing Lenders to nominate their legal advisers for a valuation case which then allows a Legal Adviser to interact with a case file on the system.

The Packager Portal has been designed to allow Packagers who act for Lender’s who grant them permission to obtain valuations direct to request valuations themselves from a Lender Client’s method valuation panel. A lender client can set the system so that valuer details are anonymised or not anonymised. They can also limit the Packager who can access the system to an approved list.
